Sunday Feature: My Michigan

A Sunday photo collage of things that remind me of many summers spent in Northern and Upper Peninsula Michigan. One sighting can throw me back to being 10 years old.

  1. We went to the UP and Beaver Island for several summers with our kids. I remember well many of the same things, plus making moss terrariums while staying at a friends’ cabin, identifying dozens of wildflowers including beautiful Gentians, a county fair at Escanaba, and boat rides in Lake Superior.
